I just received my grinders this morning. I was happy with the look and feel and wanted to fill them right away. Imagine my surprise when all I find in the box is a note that tells me to text a number to get instructions. I personally don’t give out my phone number to random people. But I need salt TODAY, so I texted. I then get a text back with a link to care/instructions. So I don’t know why the link is just not listed on the paper I received....or here’s an idea...it’s a simple grinder. It only needs about 3 short lines of care/instructions to start with. Why not just include those with the grinders, unless, of course, you plan to pelt me with advertising for other products. Then when I click on the link, they need my Email address to send me the instructions...I really am sure now they just want my info for further marketing. I finally receive a 6 page document via email....I’m on page 3 and so far I’ve only seen a welcome, how great we are and advertising for other products. To make matters worse, I can’t get the full document to download, so I still don’t have SALT. To say I’m disappointed in this companywould be a huge understatement.
