Very disappointed. Received this Mini Plus in October 2014 and now it wont work. FOUR MONTHS is all the use I got out of it!!! I wanted a small, one cup coffee maker for work since I am the only one in the office who drinks decaf. I don't drink a cup of coffee or tea everyday, so I am guessing I used it 30 times TOTAL! I tried making a cup of tea this morning because it was cold in my office and the "Brew" button won't work. Not sure if it is the lifting handle that empties the water into the heating unit or the brew button itself - which to me doesn't matter - all I care about is that it was NOT worth my money. Paid $94 for it and the return policy only applies to the first 30 days. This is my second bad experience with a Keurig brand product, needless to say my next coffee maker will be a different brand!
