When I opened the delivery box, all 3 loaves were completely covered in mold. Look at the photos. Absolutely disgusting. This company Julian Bakery, does not believe in customer service. Despite several emails to the company directly, they did not read my emails nor show any regret at delivering mold infested bread, nor have any desire to rectify the problem by refunding my money or sending me a replacement. They are simply not interested in keeping customers happy. This is too bad because their mission is a good one...to produce low carb high fiber foods. They have a very long way to go, both in taste, texture, quality. It’s happy customers that make a c ompany succeed. Wake up Julian Bakery. You are failing miserably.
