I purchased this as a gift. It is made from quality materials BUT after using it on five occasions, the bulb started flickering and wouldn't stop. It states that you need to contact the company with any problems, which I did. The company, Brightech boasts about their customer service and states that you need to send an email to the company and they will take care of the problem. Well, it is now August, 8 months after purchasing the faulty lamp and I have still not heard back from the company. This is not a super cheap light and I am now really upset that they boast about their customer service! Don't buy Brightech's products because they do not stand behind their products!
