I bought 3 of these for my setup. The base and arm are great, but the head that attaches to the monitor is useless. My monitor is below the weight limit but the monitors will just flop down, no matter how much you adjust the strength adjuster. I have to lean the monitors back at least 15 degrees (towards the ceiling) or they just flop down facing the floor. I would say these only would work as advertised if you had a 21 inch or smaller, less than 8 pound monitor. A huge sturdy arm rendered useless with a wortless weak tilt head. This was not a bad unit as I ordered 3 and all have the same issue.
