Experiencing the same 'dropped wifi' issue as many other reviewers. However, after I logged in to take a look at the system logs to try to see what was happening, I noticed that the router uptime was only a few minutes, meaning that the wifi drop was actually a reboot. Asus support recommended I return the router straight away, but I escalated to try to get some kind of explanation. Will update if I hear back from them. UPDATE: Went around and around and around with Asus support for about two weeks. They initially showed no interest in trying to solve the problem, and told me to just return it. After I pressed the issue, they finally agreed to let me send them an export of the log files from the router. However, every time someone contacted me it was a new representative. They all suggested the same thing... reset the router and upgrade/downgrade the firmware. They even sent me instructions for updating the firmware on the wrong model of router. I finally gave up and sent it back. Case number is N181235545
