This cover is quiet and soft and easy to install. That is where the positives end. When I first received this, I had doubts that it would resist liquids, so I poured water on it. It soaked into the top layer but did not let the liquid flow through to the mattress... cool! But then I washed it after my cat’s first accident and now I have a urine stained mattress. Worse, it spread the urine out over a larger surface.
