The customer service was wonderful, they shipped it within a day of me telling them the words I wanted on it. It arrived very promptly and looked beautiful with the correct info on it..... However, I've had this item on my dog for less then 2 weeks and the color is wearing off incredibly fast. I'm frankly quite shocked at how fast the wear has happened. I'd say within another 2 weeks it will be completely unreadable. The purpose was for my dog to be identified should he become separated from me, however no one will be able to read the tag to know where he belongs. For the price, I don't feel I should bother returning it for a refund, it was cheap...and I got what I paid for and next time I'll spend the extra money and get one that is actually engraved. Edit: They have removed the photo that I had attached that showed the bone tag when it was new vs what it looked like 2 weeks after usage. Why would any company remove that photo? Because it proved what my review states. Most people get the tags when they are new and they look great, and they write a glowing review, how many people come back a few weeks after using it and then write the review sharing their actual experiences with the product? Edit 2: The company that did I bought this from is no longer selling this item. Amazon seems to have gone with a better quality company.
