I wish I could give this a zero star. I loved it at first as it allowed me to sit and rest in the shower. Then I felt like the legs were buckling. My husband took a look and tightened everything up. I thought it had been resolved and used it again this morning. Only this time it did buckle causing me to fall in the shower. I tried to grab the bar in my shower but the force of the fall just caused me to sprain my shoulder. In addition I am bruised all over. It says 400lb weight capacity and I weight 250 well bellow the maximum limit. When I got out of the shower you could see the legs were all bent up and out of shape as if an elephant had sat on it.
