Loved this bag initially and after a couple of months of light use, noticed some stitching breaking away from a seam at the top of the bag. Figured that since it was clearly a manufacturer defect, they would want to somehow accommodate the customer. I was wrong. They said that since it was past their short warranty period, they would not do anything and that I was SOL. Unfortunately uncaring customer service will earn you bad press. Sorry Ringside, might want to check your quality control standards and take care of your once loyal customers.
