I purchased a K552-RGB keyboard on 6/30/2018. I received it on 07/02/2018. Within 14 days, I noticed that the "z" key was not functioning. I notified ChallengerUSA by email on 07/15/2018. On 07/16/2018, they requested my order #, which I provided on 07/16/2018. On 07/17/2018, I received a notice that a prepaid label would be provided the next day. Three days later and I have heard nothing since.
