I received my printer and so far am really disappointed in this piece of junk. I started setting it up and put the printer cartridges in only to get an error that says Do Not Use Setup Cartridges. What? That is what was sent to me in the box to use with the printer. I contacted customer support and was asked to spend 40 minutes to troubleshoot. I had read online in a support center that the only way to solve the problem is to get new cartridges. They are sending those in 5-7 days. I could have new ones through amazon quicker than they will send them. I am livid that I bought the higher end printer thinking we were set up for success. I was wrong. I cannot recommend this printer due to the initial setup difficulty. I am in IT and typically have no problem with these types of things. I can't imagine someone who isn't savvy with software trying this.
