TL;DR. This product broke with a nine pound puppy on the first hour of use, sending our puppy to the concrete. Emailed company; no response. Question to you: why would you ever give this company your money? If your still on the fence, save yourself the headache and read below. Today, while using our new carrier, the shoulder strap completely ripped apart from the bag, sending our 12 week old puppy crashing to the ground face first. The bag was properly zipped up, so he luckily avoided any serious injury, but frankly this is unacceptable. He was clearly shaken up by the experience, and we are concerned this may have traumatized him from using carriers again in the future. To make matters worse, this was the second time we had used the product; and we had used the bag for not more than an hour in it's entirety. We has taken him to the vet just the dag prior, and can confirm he only weighs nine pounds. Your product is advertised as supporting up to 14 pounds, per the enclosed document. Simply put, your product did not perform as advertised, failed to meet our expectations, and severely damaged my perception of your brand. The fact that it also subsequently put our dog at risk of injury, is where we have a serious problem. This is unacceptable, and to sell bags that do not support the advertised weight is flat out dangerous. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
