Maybe manufacturer can comment on my review, maybe I did something wrong. Attached infrared images, the steam is not hot enough to clean anything. I bought this to clean the baked oil stains on top of the stove as a start. Using simple glass cleaner windex is superior to this steam cleaner. After unsuccessful cleaning effort, decided to look into how hot the surface temperature gets if you hold the steam on the same point. In the pictures I have posted you can clearly see the temperatures. Keep in mind water boils at 212F, and I expected steam to come at much higher temperatures than 212F. The tip of the steamer is at 178F, in one of the pictures I have been blasting a glass cup for couple of seconds with steam, which gets it barely to 141F, and another pictures shows me blasting another tissue paper where temperature is at 141F. 141F is what AC heat blows from the vents, this is not enough to do any cleaning! You are basically blasting warm water onto your cleaning surface. Returned for a full refund. Dear manufacturer, please respond in case I did not use it correctly.
