Item came with the battery not working. And the seller didn't give any return label as well, have to pay out of pocket to ship the item back. Its a waste of money. They didn't do any certification, seem to just acquire the product and re-ship to the Amazon buyers. This seller should be banned from Amazon for not meeting the quality (I can see the same issue happening to a lot of people).
