Short version: Infested with bed bugs that terrorized us for months. I bought this couch as a gift with some money I'd received for my recent graduation. Review looked good enough, so I pulled the trigger on this item. Also looked good enough. Then months into the purchase, my sister with whom I live began coming done with what we thought were extreme allergies: hives, fever, swelling. She took Zyrtex, Claritin, Colloidal Silver, used ointments--but it only got worse. It truly became a debilitating and horrendous experience for us. Then one day, our uncle, a doctor, took a look at the picture of the supposed rash and said they were bug bites. What bugs? We live by the mountains. We don't see any bugs. But then, soon enough, my sister noticed and killed a small, flat and brown creature that ventured out of the couch. She killed it and noticed it had been full of human blood. I turned the couch over and ripped into it. It was infested with a colony of bedbugs and ants. They looked like little brown grains of rice. They began to pour out of the back and seams. We dumped the furniture but proceeded to fight off the these creatures for the last few months. A true pain. We've deduced this was an infestation that took place at the factory during manufacturing or delivery. If this review can help a single person avoid this fate, It would have been worth it
