I've bought other AmazonBasics brand batteries and have had no problems with them, but I do not recommend purchasing, primarily because they do not last. Installed a new battery for my alarm's front door sensor on September 30. Came home the evening of Dec. 21 to intermittent chirping alerting me that the front door sensor was yet again registering a low battery. I would have found a life of six months for a generic AmazonBasics brand battery reasonable, but it lasted a little less than three months. The ones, which came with the system, lasted for a year and 2 months. Perhaps it was an anomaly, so I'll try one more from the pack to determine if it lasts longer and will update my review accordingly, but for now, I don't recommend these. Update: Stand by my earlier statement. New battery installed on Dec. 21 and waking up to the annoying chirping of the low battery for the same door today, Feb. 28. Don't buy these. They absolutely do not last. Yet another Update: FRONT DOOR LOW BATTERY SENSOR CHIRPING AGAIN IN THE EARLY MORNING HOURS OF 4/27!! That's just after installing a new battery on 2/28!! Going to keep updating my review for these &)*#$!( batteries, because I should have just paid more for the well-known brands that start with a "D" or "E". Good news, is I only have 2 left in the pack, so given the time they last, I'll be done with these for good in August! Here's Another Update: Guess what!?!?! Come on...guess?? Yep, that's right! Today, 6/16 @ 5:19PM, I received a push notification for a low battery for the front door sensor! Yippeeee!! And that's just after installing a battery on 4/27, which means these things are getting progressively worse. Whoo-hoo! I am definitely on track to be done with these, maybe before August! THANK THE GODS ABOVE!! Update: Battery was installed on 6/16 and today, July 5 @ 4:11am, I get a low front door sensor. This means the prior battery lasted about 20 days!! WTF?!?!? I am installing the last of these these spawn of satan batteries and will never buy them again!!! FINAL UPDATE: You know the drill by now! Battery installed on July 5 and I get an ADT push notification at 9:26a on July 19 alerting me. Final battery lasted only 14 friggin days! FOURTEEN DAYS!! Unacceptable!! I rejoice though!! These POS batteries are done! YAAAAY!! Don't buy these batteries! Leave them in the depths of hell where they belong!!
