This is one very comfortable pillow but there are some very important things to note here. Positives: - level of comfort - adjustable thickness / height Negatives: - It's VERY HEAVY - It can get warm after a short time - trying to flip the pillow doesn't work, can only rotate (due to stackers) but in the end it's too heavy so you'll just put up with the warmth -The pillow is too big, specially when meant for only your head. Forcing tall individuals to keep shoulders off can mean your feet off the edge of the bed. -Its unsightly -pricey -mystery powder all over if you remove cover. -need for special bedding? (Unsure customer service never responded) - frustrating canned e-mail responses from customer service Sweet dreams could be made of these but only if you like your dreams extra heavy and with some unanswered mystery.
