This 'helium' is so full of air that the balloons inflated by it barely float... add a few feet of the included ribbon and they won't even lift the ribbon off the floor! The tank 'claims' is is at least 80% helium, but that is total BS. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this product... if you buy it thinking you're going to get some great floating balloons for a party you are totally wrong... you're just going to get a lot of disappointed people. Of all the products I have ordered off of Amazon over the last 15 years, this is unquestionably the BIGGEST RIP-OFF. I wish I could post this with negative stars.
