2nd Update: Got ahold of customer sercice to get my 1 gallon replaced because within 3 months the inside had rusted out and now am drinking metal bits with my water. They said get in contact with the seller but their is not that option now that 2 months have gone by. Like I said before i really thought this product would have lasted at least 1 year but it only lasted 3 months. Update: recently my 1 gallon cant keep my water cold for a full days of work as were before it would have ice in it for a couple of days. I talked with customer support and all they said was fill it up with ice. I used to fill it up with 1/3 of ice then 2/3 of water and it would even have ice in it the next day but now by lunch all the ice is melted. Ive only had this product since summer began and now school is back in session. I wish this product would have lasted me at least 1 year. Keeps water cold all day in the hot summer sun. I even broke the little lid where the straw screws in and it has a lifetime warranty so they sent me out a new lid for free.
