Could not even be assembled
The sad thing is the comfort for the price is not even bad, and the vibrations are nice to have! When I got this chair I could not even use it because the screws they sent me were too small so the top half could not connect to the bottom half of the chair, and OF COURSE that is the second to last step of it so all of that work for nothing! I even went through and tried all the spare screws they sent and every single one was too small. Instant return for me.
