The biggest reason I purchased this item is because it states to be Gluten Free. As I read the ingredients I was confident this was free of Gluten. Unfortunately, I tested this Matcha and gluten was found in my package. Note that I have Celiac Disease and this was a huge concern to me. I immediately threw away all of the Matcha left and will never buy again from this company. If you can tolerate gluten or don't have Celiac this is fine. I liked the quality but am super dissapointed with my findings and the damage this is probably doing to other Celiacs. You should never label something gluten free if you cant guarantee it. You are risking peoples lives.
