Warning. This significantly worsened all of my pain and I would have ended up in the emergency room if I hadn't had strong pain medication at home to take. My pain has never been that severe and it frightened me. I'm certain it was the DMSO in it. DMSO is dangerous because it can cause systemic infections and can even be fatal. It shouldn't be sold here and is illegal in some states. Biomax wasn't going to refund me for unopened, unused product so I contacted Amazon.com who did refund me and told me not to return it. It went in the garbage.
