I have ordered two (2) of these horns in the last year. The first was in April. It was installed by a friend who is a Toyota body shop man. This is on my Toyota Tacoma. It worked great - albeit for a short period of time. And I need to say that I do not use my horn a lot, but when I do, I really need it to work ... to wake up the other driver (who is usually on their cell phone or otherwise distracted)! This horn is LOUD and I like it for that. But I noticed by July that it wasn't quite as loud. I took it back to my friend who said "it's cutting out and only getting a small portion of it's required air." It was weak, and squeaky. Just in case, I ordered another by August for "the shelf" in anticipation of the horn failing entirely. By the middle of August, it was gone! I don' t know if there is a rubber seal that fails or what, but I had NO HORN at all. Luckily, I had another on the shelf and was able to install it myself. Back up and running. Cut to now (April 2018) and the second one is doing the same kind of fail!!! This sucks. I am now struggling to decide whether to buy another or look for a different horn. But every other horn I see online - or listen to on YouTube - really pales compared to the sounds coming out of this one. What should I do? I can't drive across Texas with a wimpy, milk toast, squeaky, whiny, pussy of a horn!!!
