I purchased one of these and hung it with a friend who does professional installations. The bezel around the TV is extremely thin and flimsy. After about 2 months the screen began to slip down on the left side, exposing the backlight, between then bezel and picture. Samsung refused to cover it under warrantee stating "hanging it on the wall is not recommended, we included the information in the instructions, and hardware, for a qualified technician". The TV hasn't been touched and now I have this awful glare and a screen that will inevitably crack because its no longer properly supported from behind. Additionally, all of Samsung's support is outsourced. I spoke to someone in the Philippines and they were extremely rude when I calmly asked what the warrantee actually covered and how hanging the television could possibly cause this type of damage. They just read out of a script and couldn't even be brought to have a conversation about what other options I had. I really liked my other Samsungs and now I'm very disappointed. Worst part is I'm stuck with a 300$ soundbar system I'm not confident will work on other TV's even if I just eat my losses and buy a new one.
