After I installed this printer, it worked fine for a few days. Now it only prints occasionally (or an hour after I ask it to). Further, its programming is extremely pushy. You can't even set up the printer without it reminding you countless times that you had better sign up for the "HP automatic ink delivery service." I bought and paid for this printer so that it would print my documents, not so that I'd have a machine wasting my time with unwelcome advertising. Further, I'm certain that when the ink runs low it will refuse to print on the grounds "not enough ink to maintain print quality."(this is what my last printer did). Why should the machine decide whether it will print or not? If I'm happy with less than perfect print quality, that should be my decision, not the decision of the machine that I bought and paid for. Companies are no longer satisfied with you buying and replacing their products every few years, now they design them so that you can't even use them as you wish without giving the manufactuerer more money. If I sound cranky and whiny, I am.
