Non-stick property doesn't last
This is a gimmick item. With almost daily use at 350 degrees, the non-stick properties have disappeared. At first it was like cooking on an air-hockey table. Now after only three weeks everything I cook is sticking and trying to clean the cook surface requires soaking instead of a simple wipe after cooking. Save yourself the headache and buy another product.
