So, the Ninja Foodi... don't buy this POS. It comes up with a lid error. I call shark / Ninja oh, the unit's broken. It needs to be replaced. And I get to pay for the shipping and handling. This unit has been used for two, maybe three weeks a total of maybe three times. Oh, and it's on backorder. So I get to wait three to four weeks for it to come in. And even better, I have $70 worth of ingredients in it. This coupled with the fact that because of, whatever error, or malfunction occurred, broth exploded all over the kitchen last time and cause second-degree burns on the tops of one of our feet. Customer service is atrocious, managers are not available. Save some money, and go out and buy the brand name of Instapot.
