My first attempt wasn't approved by A'zon, I guess because they didn't want other people knowing about my bad experience. I'll try again and see if it goes through. My personal experience with this: I've bought many of these eyeliners from here and independent beauty stores, and there is a distinct difference from the one I bought here. In an attempt to abide by A'zon's ridiculous review "guidelines", I'm purposely being vague. In short, the one I bought here was very dry, didn't apply dark black as usual, but instead a very muted and weak "black". It left me wondering what happened with the one I bought here, versus the one from a beauty store... Overall, I would not recommend. Here, at least.
