Let me say first, I'm giving this TV 5 stars for the picture quality. The picture is absolutely amazing! However, there are serious quality control issues, so I am giving 1 star for quality control (an average of 3 stars, but I'm removing an extra star for annoyance). I've ordered the 82" 8K Q900 model twice (not from Amazon). The first tv ordered had a bent top-left edge of the screen. The leftmost 12 to 18 inches was bent about 1/4 inch, a very obvious bend. I returned the tv without turning it on. The second tv ordered had a defect in the screen electronics leading to a white line across the entire bottom of the tv. The damage was clearly in manufacturing and not in shipment for both tvs. I would avoid ordering any new Samsung 8K tv until they fix their quality control issues.
