After using this product I have some initial criticisms. First, it pushes your body away from the headrest. This is a MAJOR safety problem since your head and neck are no longer supported. If you were to wreck you'd definitely have a neck injury. Second, the foam gets hot!! I have a fairly long commute. I couldn't make it the whole way without taking this thing off at a stoplight. Also, the support near the lumbar isn't very pronounce. It was also kind of hard to position it just right.
