Oh where to start. 1st After opening and making sure everything was there, both rear tires were missing. After messaging seller I also messaged Amazon. I Got the wheels the next day. 2nd The jeep did have alot of rub marks in several places and a couple were huge. I dont know if it happened during production, packaging or shipping but either way, this toy should have never made it through quality control. 3rd The screws other than all being in the bag were actually partially screwd into the jeep where parts were to be attached. 4th The directions are horriable and they have only pictures with absolutely no written directions. 5th When you take out the remote, it's actually got decent directions, but the remote has to be programmed to the jeep before use or it wont work. 6th The lights that are shown as to be functional in the advertisement is simply a lie. The 2 head lights work when the power is on and the light switch is turned on. The bar lights on top work after you buy 2 AA batteries to put in it. It also has to be turned on with a push button switch that is actually on the light bar itself. So 4 out of the 8 actually work, so it is miss leading. You will also need to buy 2 AAA batteries for the remote. 7th I have tried out the radio and have yet to find a volume switch to turn it down. I'm sure my daughter will love it but as of right now there is ABSOLUTELY NO way I can recommend this toy or this seller. The condition, poor construction, lack of directions and complexity of assembly is a joke. VERY Disappointed. Will never buy from this seller again, that's a promise.
