Their server will log you out from viewing your cameras every 5 minutes to reduce their traffic and save them money, company should honestly state that in details. I can't watch my cameras at 9 different locations for more than 5 minutes without screen going black saying you have exceeded 5 minutes of view time, can you only imagine how painful that is to find out after you have installed their EZVIZ Cameras in all your locations. Also the camera arm is made from cheap plastic that can easily break and they do not sell replacement parts. Called support complained about being kicked out of viewing live video every 5 minites, was told they are aware of the issue but not sure when it will be resolved. Also was told that's how all of Their systems are preprogrammed for security's reasons which is completely untrue, the real reason is to reduce traffic on their server Word of Advice this issue will destroy EZVIZ future please fix and I will gladly remove my bad review
