I had left a good review initially because the cookware was good initially. After about a month of following their every recommendation for care and use everything began to stick and it has only become worse. I have submitted a warranty claim, since they offer a lifetime warranty. I was supposed to have heard back in 6-8 weeks and we are in the ninth week with no communication. I would not recommend this product.
