We ordered 20 hangers to see how we would like them and we loved them! So we ordered 20 more and once again, we loved them. They made my husbands closet look neat and classy. We ended up ordering 120 in total and we are disappointed to see that as we ordered more the quality wasn’t as good. We have yet to open the other three boxes, but this box has hangers that have marks in the middle of the hangers, chips with wood sticking out of it, the nail in one is not centered and shining through (so we sure it will come off at some point) and some that didn’t have the bottom bar nailed in at all. Overall, less than impressed as we ordered more. We understand they are handmade, but we would have been much happier waiting a few extra days and getting a product that we loved. Quality checks were clearly not done on this box with 8 out of 20 hangers looking like this. We are not looking forward to opening the other boxes after this one. Not living up to the name of “high-grade,” but would be happy to hear from the seller about this less than impressive box.
