I used these white strips, with hopes that I'd see the same results I saw a couple years ago when I tried Crest white strips. Unfortunately, I did not see the same results. There used to be just one type of Crest strips - to be worn twice a day for 30 minutes each time, for 14 days. The old strips worked beautifully, and I searched everywhere for them. But I believe Crest discontinued them, and now the only strips available are the newer "professional effects" strips. I tried the "3D Professional Effects Teeth Whitening Strips 20 count." I used them exactly as directed, and unfortunately they didn't work. I do see a slight improvement/whitening, but it's barely noticeable, and certainly not worth the $34 I paid. The old strips were only $19.99, and they gave me a dramatic improvement/whitening every time. I wish Crest would bring the old strips back. I wouldn't recommend this product.
