We were excited to use the motorized lounger in the pool at our place in Kona. Setup was easy and it worked great the first time, maybe 30 minutes of usage. The next day we tried to use the lounger and one of the motors would not turn on. After a few minutes of fiddling with it, the motor started working. The following day, the flakey motor would work not at all. I opened up the compartment with the batteries and there was water all around the batteries. Looking closer, I noticed the compartment holding batteries does not have a rubber o-ring to give it a water tight seal. So water gets in the unit easily destroying the batteries and internal components after just a few uses. For an expensive pool toy this is ridiculous. I emailed Pool Candy asked what I should do. After a week with no response, I called and left them a message. Another week passed with no response to my call or email. That is why I'm writing this review now. Pool Candy's motorized lounger is a poor designed product and their customer service is non-existent. Don't waste your money!
