Finally a nice looking fitness tracker at a bargain price
First of all the watch looks great. I really like the carbon fiber look and eventually with a band change to stainless steel it will look like a decent dress watch. The functionality is good. I know some avid sports enthusiasts may need some more features but for the normal Joe just trying to lose a few pounds it's perfect. I hope they do add a few more activities to track like inline skating.
The only issue I had at the beginning is learning the functionality of the buttons but after some use I can pretty much navigate to what I need. Not sure if you can rearrange the order of the screens but that would be a good added feature as I would like my step count to be the first screen I see when swiping off of the clock screen.
One other thing you might want to set is the brightness of the backlighting. The display is great outdoors and in bright light as it reflects ambient light but at night you either activate the backlight by turning your wrist quick enough or pushing the top dial button.
Update September 4th, 2018 - So I have had it less than 2 months and now all of a sudden the battery starts to drain rapidly without any explanation. I looked at blog posts and it appear that others have seen the same thing. There is no clear explanation on what is causing it and I though I would at least find a post from the manufacturer but no dice. Trying out a few things starting off with a reset and I'll see if I can give it a few stars back. Right now it drains faster than a the cheapest fitbit and some of the solutions out on the web is to continuously reset or turn off Bluetooth all of which defeat the point of the product.
