It was a disaster. When I opened the box, there was a huge group of dead ants and some alive ants. I was so shocked that I brought the box outside of my house first, and then pulled the item out of it. The only reason that I decided not to refund this item was that the tissue was not attacked by the ants. I don't know whether I should blame Scott of Amazon, but either way, my credibility with both companies has become very low.
