UPDATE . App works now with iPhone but you have to crop picture, scan or save it to files first and so your aware , if you leave the app that is required for this label maker to work a bad feedback , they hassle you for months with emails and ask for personal information off your phones . If this label maker ever stops working , I will def do more homework on what APP is required to use printer before making a purchase again . If you don’t believe me , go to the app ‘shipping printer’ , look for yourself the reviews !Works on laptop if you copy snapshot . OLD review , iPhone won’t connect and tech support won’t get back to me so returning if get no help to get this to work with my phone and thru that app they say to download which I see has a 1.4 review out of 5 .
