The product arrived exactly when they said if would. I read the instructions and started the procedure. The first time I opened the strain remover tube to apply the product, I was surprised how little product was in the tube. I had to look closely to see if the tube contained any product at all. The same thing with the whiting application. I saw zero results after the first application. I proceeded to use the remain six applications of both the stain remover and the whiting product. I got the same results, no change at all. I used both the mouthwash and the toothpaste per the instructions. Nothing changed. I asked for my money back, and received instructions on how to return the unused product. It's been two weeks and I have not received a credit yet. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because of the Christmas holidays, but a credit can be issued in 5 minutes once they have the product back. All I can say, is the product did not work for me, and I would not recommend it to my friends.
