We purchased this printer on Amazon and initially it worked really well, was easy to use and printed quality things. However, after 3 weeks we had a problem with the extruder printing on the platform. We called Amazon and they suggested we call Flashforge. We called Flashforge and they said that they could not help us and sent us packing, since we did not purchase directly from them. They were so unhelpful and rude. Luckily, Amazon let us return it since it no longer works. What a nightmare.
