Really Jeff, You can't do any better than this?
This is a sad service/app/whatever. No desktop folder and very confusing to use. The developers tell you to download the app for Amazon Drive and when you do, it's called Amazon Photos.... and it is horrible. Very basic program on a Windows computer that is both confusing and NOT user friendly. Very limited and with limited tech support and no real tutorial. It's like a a few teams built this and threw it together over the weekend. Syncing is unreliable and when I found out I was over my 5GB limit, I couldn't even figure out what files were causing it. The user interface is absolute junk. Folder and file viewing is nothing like on a desktop and not really customizable. I paid for the 100GB thinking I would download the app, study the tutorials and get used to this service, but I can't do it. Mr. Bezos, hire some folks from Google Drive, Microsoft, DropBox, or ICloud and get this program up to Amazon standards, because this is a huge failure..... So sad that Amazon couldn't do any better on this service.
