UPDATE: after posting my original review, the shop contacted me about a month ago and offered to ship me a new bubble machine. I replied to their message and told them I would absolutely accept a new machine. I have yet to receive anything and so far I have no way to contact the shop directly about the issue. Very disappointed AGAIN! Bought this item 2 months ago and it's already stopped working. The wand spinner just stops randomly for no reason. We've only used it a handful of times so it's super disappointing. For an item that is labeled "durable" in the tag line, it really isn't. When it was working it was awesome. Tons of bubbles. Had to keep it relatively full of bubble juice for the wands to reach enough of it to make bubbles, but it was great...while it worked.
