Wow - Just got this thing - I didn't even finish the kitchen floor and the spring loaded handle broke. I used the handle maybe 3-4 time before it broke! The spring that holds the handle down snapped (1st pic) and the handle fell right off the bucket. I'm not an engineer but one reason I think the spring broke was the weight of the bucket when filled vs the tiny cheap spring. If you fill the bucket up 2/3 of the way, the bucket gets pretty heavy. Maybe if they used a one cent spring instead of a half a cent spring, it would have held up. I also took a look at where the handle attached to the bucket. It's held in place by two small plastic male pieces (2nd and 3rd pic). There is NO WAY that handle would have held up to the weight of the bucket when its filled. If the spring wouldn't have broken, in my opinion, this would have failed in no time. One other thing bothered me. Unless you are standing almost directly over the mop while moving it around, the mop head would flip over.
