Pros: comfortable, and the silicon band inside the sleeve does prevent it from falling down. Cons: not cut and sizes correctly for actual athletic people, who would not have a tube like shaped leg. This sleeve is shaped tube like, meaning the thigh circumstance is too narrow and the knee and above calf circumstance is too loose. This makes inadequate compression at the knee joint, the most important part that needs compression, and too much compression at the thigh (if you buy smaller sizes to compensate for lack of knee compression). Please look at the actual leg anatomy of an athletic person who is the target audience for this product and re shape the sleeve to better suit customer needs. This would work fine for an un-athletic person who would have extra fat around the knees and above calf areas, and weak thigh muscles.
