These sound better than similarly priced headphones I've tried from other manufacturers and I thought they were more comfortable and stayed in place better while working out. I started getting 6-7 hours of listening time then over the course of a couple of weeks I was only getting 2-3 hours before they failed completely. I contacted support, they sent out a replacement set, no hassles, overall a good customer service experience but now the replacement set is exhibiting the same problems - right now I get maybe 3 hours of listening time after using them for about 3 weeks. I'll continue to use them as long as they will last through a trip to the gym but I'm not going to bother to return them again just to go through this all over. I have several other Anker products and I think they generally make good products but I can't recommend this one.
