I thought this would work out fine when I first purchased this shower chair, however, after a few months of use it was creating rust stains in my shower where the feet sat. I called the company and the response was that it is because of washers that are put into the feet for stabilization that are not rust proof. Basically they said, oh well, too bad. Since they don't mention that the feet will cause rust in the description and do mention that the legs won't rust, basically they don't feel a need to share this fact nor offer a suitable replacement.
