Please be aware that the manufacturer has drastically re-designed this product, the "New and Improved" version, does not look anything like the item pictured! The finish is dull and lackluster, lacks the "cross" detail, and is flat and dull not textured and glossy. Overall the new version lacks the quality and appeal of the older version (I received one of each). No help from the manufacturer in trying to obtain a match to the older version. I have no idea why the manufacturer has not updated their photos (their own web site continues to display the old style). Edit: I contacted the manufacturer and they were of no assistance whatsoever. I explained that since I had no expectation that the passenger and driver's sides would be different that I had installed the passenger side prior to noticing that their product had been redesigned. While they have agreed to provide a matching passenger side this will leave me with 6 unneeded, unwanted, and unnecessary holes in the bed of a brand new $45,000 truck! Not Happy At All. Edit 2: After much discussion the manufacturer has agreed to provide a matching drivers side case (old style) which is what I originally asked for and was told was impossible. I am re-rating this product and giving it 3 stars instead of 1, I would have normally given this product 5 stars except for all of the aggravation and problems with getting this right which should never have been an issue. Edit 3: As of this writing (03/22/15) the manufacturer's website has updated pictures (http://www.undercoverinfo.com/products/swingcase), other sites may not have these updated images.
