We have had this topper for six months. Initially, we were very happy with it. It provided all the relief advertised, initially we would have given in very high praise. At first it seemed like we had a new mattress. About two month ago, I starting having increased pain when sleeping. Shortly after my wife was having the same problem. The mattress pad has developed such defined body impressions that it no longer provides any support. It still presents the illusion of comfort. It still seems soft, but we both find ourselves trapped in a hole. The initial density of the pad is thick and heavy where you sink into it slowly. After time, the area that you lay in softens up signifigantly from the rest of the pad. The quality sleep is gone. This thing is supposed to have a ten year warranty, but we certainly don't want another one so it is not worth the pursuit to get it replaced.
